"We have been with the same State Farm agent (auto and home) since 1983, When he retired we switched the Elizabeth Marshall, the State Farm agent just down the street from our home. The day our policy was transferred from our old agent to Elizabeth Marshall, we had a massive water leak that required mitigation and reconstruction. Kathy Rump in the Marshall office handled our claim in an expert way. She told us exactly what to expect and what to do . She helped us negotiate a couple of unexpected matters. She coached us when we were uncertain, and every single time she responded immediately to emails and phone messages. In a very short time, our house was returned to the way it was prior eto the incident and we are very happy campers."

"This is the best insurance agency that I have ever dealt with. Shortly after switching to State Farm I had an auto accident. The team followed up with me several times to make sure that my claim was processed correctly and that everything was in order. They just completed a very thorough review on my one year anniversary. This was not to upsell me but just to make sure that I understood and was satisfied with my coverage. The entire team is very polite, professional, informed and exceedingly helpful. While the coverage from State Farm is excellent it is the local agency team that makes all the difference."
